As an External Security Vetting Services (ESVS) provider Omni’s vetting business maintains high standards and expects high standards of its staff.

Vetting Officers are responsible for conducting all phases of personnel security clearance vetting up to PV in accordance with AGSVA (and other client) processes and Operational Instructions – as developed in accordance with the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF).

  • > 5 years’ experience within vetting industry
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills

Desirable Qualifications/Education/Training

  • > 5 years’ experience with quality assurance, managing personnel and personnel performance
  • Post-graduate qualification in a security, investigations, intelligence or HR field
  • Cert IV Trainer Assessor
  • Certification or training in systems and processes related to vetting and investigations
