Jon Hawkins, a 25-year veteran of the Australian Defence Force (ADF), founded Omni in 2012 and has overseen the rapid growth of the company, which now employs over 400 professionals working across all five domains to deliver aerospace, consulting, security, maritime and vetting capabilities.
